What it does

Disentinel/grafema is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that transforms your codebase into a typed semantic graph. It automatically indexes functions, types, and modules as nodes, with edges representing relationships like CALLS, IMPORTS, DATAFLOW, and EFFECTS. This enables AI coding agents to understand code structure and dependencies at a deeper level.

How to set up
