What it does

Waypath is a local-first external brain system designed for coding agents to manage and recall contextual information efficiently. How to set up

Waypath is available as a native MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that can be integrated into AI systems. It also ships with host shims for both Claude and Codex platforms. Installation involves cloning the repository from GitHub and configuring the MCP server connection. For Claude integration, add the server configuration to your Claude client settings pointing to the Waypath MCP server endpoint.
