What it does

The server automatically downloads the required trace_processor_shell binary, making trace analysis accessible through Claude and other MCP-compatible AI assistants.

How to set up

Installation is straightforward: clone the repository from GitHub, ensure Rust is installed, and build the MCP server using cargo. The server automatically downloads the necessary Perfetto trace_processor_shell binary on first run. Configure your AI assistant (Claude, etc.) to use this MCP server endpoint, then you can begin analyzing traces by uploading .pftrace files.
