What it does

Conduit is a local gateway that consolidates all your MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers into one unified interface. Instead of configuring each AI client to connect to multiple MCP servers individually, you set up Conduit once and every AI application (Claude, Cursor, VS Code) connects through it. The tool uses lazy discovery to collapse MCP servers into 3 meta-tools that agents search on demand, dramatically reducing token consumption by approximately 90%.

How to set up
