What it does

2s-io/sdk is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that provides a unified API interface for AI agents to access over 180 different tools and data sources. It aggregates APIs from major providers including NOAA (weather, tides, climate), USGS (earthquakes), USPTO (patents), OpenStreetMap (POI), CourtListener (case law), arXiv, PubMed, and Semantic Scholar.

How to set up

Installation is performed via the MCP server framework. Clone the repository from GitHub, install dependencies, configure API keys for required services, and integrate with your MCP-compatible AI client (Claude, ChatGPT via custom integration, or other MCP clients).
